Dan Dodge opened New England Metrology in 1991 as a one man operation. N.E.M. quickly grew through outstanding customer service, competitive pricing, and attention to detail. In 2005 Tim Fortin purchased the company, bringing twenty years of managerial experience to the team. Today N.E.M. has expanded our staff and standards to properly service over four-hundred customers throughout New England. Whether it’s pursuing the latest technology or increasing our scope, N.E.M.’s goal is calibration excellence maintained by experienced technicians.
TIM FORTIN: Tim is a 1986 graduate of the University of Maine and soon after landed a job with Maine's largest electric company, Central Maine Power, working in a variety of technical positions, the last being that of National Accounts Manager and Commercial Energy Advisor. In 2005, Tim purchased N.E.M. from Dan and now manages the day to day activities of the company as it continues to expand its unique capabilities with quality calibration personnel and service and turn around time that are assured to exceed your expectations!
